JIYC Annual Regatta Update from the Vice Commodore
We are still looking for on the water volunteers that can assist laying marks and being safety boats. If you are interested, please contact Ron or me at [email protected]
Historically, regatta weekend is one of the busiest weekends of the year.
To assist with parking and logistics we are asking members with boat parking spots to please take their boats home for the weekend if possible.  This is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated.
 
During the regatta weekend the ramps will be closed from 10am to 5pm,
and only accessible for participants and committee/chase boats.
If you wish to put your boat in the water prior to 10am, you will be required to take the
trailer offsite as parking spots on club grounds are limited.
 
The Ladies Auxiliary will be kicking regatta week off with the Cocktail Party on Wednesday
June 12th. Friday night (the 14^th ), Martin's BBQ will set up and serve a BBQ buffet with all of the fixings, while we listen to Bluegrass as the sun sets over the harbor.  The actual Regatta will take place over the weekend, and we will celebrate Father's Day with a brunch provided by the cooking committee on Sunday morning.
